New Expenses Design

We are preparing to introduce an updated design for Expenses to make the product feel more modern, easier to navigate and more consistent for users.

The changes will focus on improving the look and feel of the application, simplifying everyday navigation around the system, and laying the groundwork for future accessibility and usability improvements.

SSO and MFA

Login with SSO

Single Sign On implementation is now available for both the web and the mobile app to allow users to use corporate accounts for SSO login, reducing the complexity and increasing the security of authentication.

Where MFA is provided by the identity provider as a multi-step account login process this will require users to enter more information than just a password.

Your customer account will need to be updated in order to use this new feature.

New Driver Compliance Menus

We've moved all of your Duty of Care vehicle documents and driving licence records under a new menu option and moved it to the Home Page to help you find things more easily and reduce the amount of navigation you have to do in the system.

We’ve named the menu “Driver Compliance”.
